TIE BAR SYSTEM WING NUT

A knock-on Wing Nut is used in conjunction with the Waller Plates for securing the Tie Rods in formwork applications. Wing Nuts are a typical component of the Tie Bar System and are suitable for both timber and steel formwork.

WATER BARRIER W/ PLASTIC CAPS

A Water Stopper is cast into the concrete wall between two tie bars, these allow through tie systems to be used in water retaining structures. Water stoppers are made from high quality casting and have Plastic Caps at both ends. The special feature is an additional surrounding disc for better anchoring and further security against penetrating water.

WASHER PLATE

A Washer Platehas a reinforced design, made from steel. Washer Plates are of square dimensions of 120x120mm, with an opening hole to pass through tie rods. These are also used with Tie Rods and Wing Nuts for both timber and steel formwork. It is available in various strengths determined by the thickness of the plate.

TIE ROD

A Tie Rod is a continuous threaded rod, specifically designed and manufactured for use as formwork tie rods for all types of concrete structures. These are available in various cut length sizes. It has a diameter of 15 mm.
