ADJUSTABLE STEEL PROP (PROP JACK)

An Adjustable Steel Prop is a compression member normally used as temporary vertical support in construction works. A prop consists of two tubes which are telescopically displaceable within each other. The outer steel tube is of 60.30 mm Outer Diameter and the inner steel tube is of 48.30 mm outer diameter. A prop has a coarse adjustment with a pin inserted into holes in the inner tube and a means of fine adjustment using a threaded collar. Note: The forces from the endplate are transferred to the pin inserted in the inner tube holes and to the collar nut which transfers the forces to the outer tube thread.

The prop extension is called "fully open" if the pin is in the hole farthest away from the inner tube endplate and the collar nut is in the uppermost position. The prop extension is called "fully closed" if the pin is in the hole nearest the inner tube endplate and the collar nut is in the lowest position.

Each frame has four Snap Lock Pins welded on for the fixing of Horizontal & Diagonal Braces. Due to the variation of these frames available in the market. This is an item, which can be highly customized, to fit the existing of a client. This item is available in two designs, one with ladder and another without. The Frames are connected vertically by placing one on top of the other. The socket welded on each frame allows this to happen.

OPEN END FRAME (KOREAN FRAME)

An Open End Frame is made with the highest quality steel tube of outer diameter 42.00 mm. There are various sizes available to accommodate the needs of customers. Each frame has four Snap Lock Pins welded on for the fixing of Horizontal & Diagonal Braces for medium duty version and Cross Braces for the light duty version. Due to the variation of these frames available in the market. This is an item, which can be highly customized, to fit the existing of a client. This item is available in two sizes. The medium duty Open End Frame is erected in the same manner as the H Frame, however the light duty Open End Frame is erected by the used of Joint Pins designed specially for this system to secure the connecting of one frame to another.
