RMP Lock System

RMP-LOCK STANDARD (POST/VERTICAL)

A Standard is made of High Quality Steel tube with Outer Diameter of 48 mm and Wall Thickness of 3.2 mm. Moreover, it has what are, the actual locking devices formed by loose/rotating Top Cups allowed to be moved over the fixed Bottom Cup that is welded in position. These two cups can fit up to four Ledger Blades and be locked by a single Scaffold Hammer blow to lock the Top Cup against the 8mm Steel Pin Welded above it for securing the lock. Connector can be used to attach another Standard on top of the existing one. The two Standards are then bolted together using an M10 Bolt & Nut to secure the standards in position. This option allows a stream of Standards to be erected vertically without a break in the constant 500 mm interval where the layers of Ledgers shall be locked in.

RMP-LOCK LEDGER (BEARER/HORIZONTAL)

A Ledger is made of High Quality Steel tube with Outer Diameter of 48 mm and Wall Thickness of 3.0 mm. Moreover, it has forged blades welded at both ends, making assembly quick as well as allowed components to be interchangeable. These are designed to be located in the Bottom Cups on the Standards and are secured by locking the Top Cup.

RMP-LOCK INTERMEDIATE TRANSOMS

Intermediate Transoms are designed to provide intermediary (midway) support for Timber Scaffold Boards by spanning between the inner and outer ledgers. The jaw section at each end is welded downwards to prevent dislodgment.

RMP-LOCK INFILL BEAM

Infill beam are used to provide the transom suppor t underneath the plywood. All standard sizes are manufactured, as well as any special sizes up on request. They Have a wide top which gives more support for the plywood.
