RMP-LOCK UNIVERSAL JACK

A Universal Jack is made of High Quality Steel Tube with 38 Outer Diameter and Wall Thickness is of 4 mm. This tube is available in lengths of 760 mm and 660 mm. Allowing for extension of up to 520 mm and 420 mm respectively. It has a forged Jack Nut screwed on which helps accommodate variations in ground levels and to level the structure. These are used in conjunction with Socket Base/Head Plates and Fixed U Head.

RMP-LOCK SOCKET BASE/HEAD PLATE

A Socket Base/Head Plate is used in conjunction with the Universal Jack. The dimensions of the plate are 150mm x 150 mm and the thicknesses available in 5 mm. The plate has a 86 mm steel tube with 48 Outer Diameter and 3.2 mm Wall Thickness welded in the center, this is drilled to allow for the insertion of securing bolt if required. The plate is punched with holes to accept securing bolts when used with other supplementary components and also for spiking to sole boards.

RMP-LOCK SPIGOT BASE PLATE

A Spigot Base Plate is used directly in conjunction with a Standard, providing a dull bearing surface for load distribution. The dimensions of the plate are 150 mm x 150 mm and the thickness is available in 5 mm. The plate has a 100 mm steel tube with 25 Outer Diameter and 2 mm Wall Thickness welded in the center, this is drilled to allow for the insertion of securing bolt if required. The plate is punched with holes to accept securing bolts when used with other supplementary components and also for spiking to sole boards.

RMP-LOCK DROP HEAD

The quick action drop head complete supply with nuts & bolts that design to fit the Standard props or adaptors for cuplocks scaffolding. The drop heads at a hummer stroke. The wedge is specially constructed to endure the repeated strokes of the hummer.

AKR-LOCK CONNECTOR

A connector is made of High Quality Square tube with dimension of 30mm x 30mm and Wall Thickness of 3.0mm. The length of a connector is 300mm. This is so that it can be used as an accessory that can be used to attach a standard on top of the existing one. The two Standards are then bolted using an M10 Bolt & Nut to secure the standards in position.
