RMP Lock System

RMP-LOCK FIXED U-HEAD

A Fixed U-Head is used in conjunction with a Universal Jack or a Standard & Connector to provide a wider area for light, medium or heavy-duty load bearing applications. This comes with loading surface area of 150 mm x 170 mm. The UHead plate is available in two thicknesses of 6 mm and 8 mm.

RMP-LOCK SPIGOT U-HEAD

A Spigot U-Head is used in conjunction with a Standard or an Adjustable Prop Jack to provide a wider area for light and mediumduty load bearing applications. This comes with surface area of 150 mm x 170 mm. The U-Head plate is made of Steel Sheet with 6 mm thickness.

RMP-LOCK ADJUSTABLE BASE JACK

An Adjustable Base Jack is essentially a combining Socket Base/Head Plate with a Universal Jack. Where a plate, of 150mm x 150mm area and available thicknesses of 5mm, is welded to a Steel Tube with 38 Outer Diameter and Wall Thickness of 4mm. This tube is available in lengths of 7 6 0mm and 6 6 0mm. Allowing for extension of up to 520mm and 420mm respectively. It has a forged Jack Nut screwed on which helps accommodate variations in ground levels and to level the structure.

AKR-LOCK BEAM BRACKET

A Beam Bracket is specially used to eliminate the need for full height propping under Drop Beams and its primary purpose is to support the framework for them. The bracket has two Ledger Blades welded at an extended length of 155 mm along a 1500 mm Steel Tube. The positioning of the Ledger Blades are not asymmetrical, this is so it can be used either way up to provide additional flexibility in adjustment to propping height.
