RMP-LOCK SINGLE BOARD BRACKET

A Single Board Bracket locates in the cup joint and provides support for a single board at a vertical. It replaces the inside board transom at that point. It is especially useful where scaffolds cannot be located directly adjacent to the work face.

RMP-LOCK HOP UP BRACKET

The Hop Up Bracket locates in the cup joint and is designed to increase the overall width of the working platform. It is manufactured in two sizes for supporting two and three additional boards beyond the inner face of the scaffold. I t incorporates a cup joint at the outer end to allow the fitting of an inside ledger and a socket to support a handrail post.

RMP-LOCK CANTILEVER BEAM FRAME

A Cantilever Beam Frame is used for supporting decking or formwork at the edge of the slabs. The frames have blade ends for locating the cup joints and can accept jacks. These are available in two designs, one that is 1000 mm deep and the other that is 1500 mm deep.

RMP-LOCK CANTILEVER FRAME

Similar to Cantilever Beam Frame a Cantilever Frame is also used to provide extra suppor t beyond the edge of construction, especial l y slab edge formwork. The Cantilever Frame is locked directly to the Standard at the locking points. The sockets on these frames can be used in conjunction with Universal Jacks & Adjustable U-Head Jacks. It provides an extension at three possible lengths of 1,200 mm, 1,250 mm and 1,300 mm. These are available in two designs, one that is 1000 mm deep and the other that is 1500 mm deep.

AKR-VERTICAL (STANDARDS)

Standards are manufactured from 48.3mm OD steel tubes with different housing sets at certain intervals. Standards are made available in open ended version, or with welded spigot. Standard tubes of mild steel confirm to BS 1139 supplied painted and galvanized finish.

AKR-BASE JACK & UNIVERSAL JACK

The 57 kN capacity galvanized jack has an adjustment range of over 45cm. it is manufactured f r om 3 8mm out side diameter steel tubes with a rolled / cut thread. The jack can be used either at top or the bottom of the vertical (standard) so the reasonable portion of the jack will always remain inside the vertical for safety.
